Shipping options will be offered at checkout.

DHL SHIPPING priced at $120 upwards is offered on all items
or
Registered Singapore Post priced at $60 upwards is offered to most regions on orders valued less than $400.

FULL TRACKING
7-10 days delivery.
For orders above US$400 this is the only shipping option offered. Offered to all destination regions

2) SINGAPORE POST
very LIMITED TRACKING
2-3 weeks delivery.
This option is only offered for orders less than US$400. This option is offered only to certain destination regions.

RATES
Rates have been given at checkout for Small, Medium and Large Packages
SMALL = Less than 2 KG
MEDIUM = 2-4 KG
LARGE = More than 4 kg

PLEASE MAKE A FAIR ESTIMATE AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT
In case the estimate is grossly underestimated I will reach out to you.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If requested we will purchase shipping insurance
for additional payment of 3% of the invoice.
If shipping insurance is not purchased, wovensouls and the shipping firm have limited liability.

CUSTOMS / CUSTOMS DUTIES

Some countries have regulatory checks on items being brought in.
The buyer must resolve these at her / his end as I have no access or control over the customs offices in the other countries.
I can assist only with providing invoices and a document of origin but the actual clearing process at the destination is beyond our capability.
If you have any special requests in any of the above areas please discuss in advance before making the purchase.

LIABILITY

The shipping of the purchased lots is usually a smooth process.
*
Once the item has been handed over to the shipping service and tracking has been noted there is really very little I can do in case of delays and other problems.
*
For example, events such as
- missed deliveries
- customs related issues and
- damage during shipping
are beyond my control
So for high value items you are encouraged to purchase additional insurance.
