Antique small copper & brass flask belonging to a Lama.

Lid has wooden peg attached 

Has signs of usage that indicate that this piece has lived a hearty life.

In several regions it is believed that the act of drinking from the objects or remnants of learned monks, the wisdom of the original owner may be imbibed by the drinker.

Dented and has repairs.

All the signs of wear are easily overshadowed by brilliant splendor of the brass cap with an amazing art-design.

Closes with the soft-wood plug attached to the lid.

19th century.

Acquired personally from Shigatse, Tibet in 2007
